Table Descriptions

Genome Stats: This table contains information on the assembly statistics of various soy samples. It includes the following columns:

• Name: Abbreviation of the cultivar/sample/assembly
• Genus: The genus of the sample
• Species: The species of the sample
• YS ID: The YS identifier of the sample
• Total Length (bp): Total length of the assembly in base pairs
• N50 (bp): N50 value for contigs in assembly
• Longest Contig (bp): Longest contig in assembly
• Contig Number (#): Number of contigs in assembly
